1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ez8989 platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means of access — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and ez8989. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of ez8989 after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To register and play at ez8989, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Ez8989 strictly prohibits access by minors and operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable in your location. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful where you reside.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where access to online gaming platforms is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of ez8989 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent for any third party.

Ez8989 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each person is permitted to hold one account on ez8989. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of any balance held.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the sign-up process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ez8989 login credentials. Never share your password with anyone. Ez8989 will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out under your account — even by a third party — is your responsibility unless you have formally reported unauthorised access to our support team.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, ez8989 may require you to complete identity verification — commonly known as Know Your Customer (KYC) — before processing withdrawals or if unusual account activity is detected. Accepted documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, UMID, or similar).

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Ez8989 supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱).

4.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own limits.
• Deposits are generally credited to your ez8989 wallet instantly. In rare cases involving bank transfers, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Ez8989 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or wallet in your own name.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 3–10 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take up to 1 banking day.
• Ez8989 reserves the right to carry out additional verification before processing withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 5 for full details.
• Ez8989 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Ez8989 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your ez8989 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) is stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Each player is eligible for a welcome bonus only once, on their first qualifying deposit. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• Promotions are available only to players who have completed account verification at the time the bonus is offered or activated.
• Ez8989 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering process.

5.3 Abuse of Promotions

Ez8989 actively monitors for bonus abuse. If we determine that a player or group of players is systematically exploiting promotional offers in bad faith — including through coordinated low-risk betting patterns designed purely to extract bonus value — we reserve the right to void the bonus and any related winnings, and to close the account(s) involved.

6. Gameplay & Player Conduct

All players on ez8989 are expected to participate in games fairly, honestly, and in accordance with the rules of each individual game. The following conduct standards apply across all games on the platform.

6.1 Fair Play

Players must not use any software, tool, script, or external device to gain an unfair advantage in any game offered by ez8989. This includes automated betting tools, bots, and any form of game manipulation software.

6.2 Disputes

If you believe a game result was incorrect or that a technical error affected your bet, you must contact the ez8989 support team within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered. Ez8989's decision on all game disputes, following review, is final.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

Ez8989 is not responsible for internet disconnections, device failures, or power outages on your end that affect your gaming session. Where technically possible, bets that were confirmed before a disconnection are honoured based on the actual game result. If a game is interrupted before a result is determined, the applicable game-specific rules govern the outcome.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ez8989 platform. Engaging in any of these actions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Money laundering: Using ez8989 to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity.
• Fraud: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment methods, or attempting to deceive ez8989 staff or systems in any way.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one player account, whether in your own name or under aliases.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in card games such as Tongits.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or payment systems to obtain an unfair advantage or unlawful financial gain.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, or discriminatory communications toward ez8989 staff or other players through any channel.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the ez8989 platform by anyone under 21 years of age.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ez8989 platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data, and branding — is the exclusive property of ez8989 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without the prior written consent of ez8989.

Your personal player account and any in-game history, balances, or records associated with it are maintained by ez8989 and remain the property of the platform. They are non-transferable and cannot be sold, assigned, or gifted to any other party.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ez8989 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain high availability and service quality, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and circumstances beyond our control may cause interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ez8989 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes financial losses incurred during platform downtime or technical errors, except where such losses are directly caused by ez8989's own gross negligence.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Ez8989 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or system abuse.
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory authority requiring us to do so.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own request or inactivity, any remaining eligible real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the successful completion of any required verification steps.

You may also close your ez8989 account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closures are processed within 5 business days.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Amendments to These Terms

Ez8989 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform.

The effective date of any revision will be clearly shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of ez8989 following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any update, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to arrange the closure of your account.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which ez8989 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms, your account, or your use of the ez8989 platform that cannot be resolved through our internal disputes process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

Ez8989 operates under a licensed and regulated framework. Players are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in their specific jurisdiction within the Philippines before registering.
